• KNS team shall have a discovery meeting with you to have an understanding of nature and volume of Clients’ business.
• Prepare step-wise transition roadmap.
• Develop detailed plans to complete the assignment

Nourishment Plan

• Execute plans by assigning team member
• Set-up of relevant Softwares and other requirements
• Arrange a short training about any new areas to be explored

Supervision process

• Initiate Process Monitoring
• Assignment will be supervised by a qualified team leader
• Co-ordination with Stakeholders with short meeting for updation and any other requirement

Communication process

• Meetings - Weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly
• Reporting - Performance
• Tracking - TAT / SLA
• Plans - for further improvement/development

How to transfer Data/Process

• Cloud platform- need to create one more user ID for KNS’ members so that KNS’ professionals may be able to work on the jobs.
• Remote Desktop (RDP)- For working on remote desktop-you need to create an RDP login ID along with the login ID to access the Softwares for KNS’ team. So that KNS' team can access to your computers, work on process and keep the workings saved in your computer which will keep your data more secured.
